As an avid tea drinker, I have to say this herbal tea is full of beneficial herbs with an earthy taste. After a week of drinking, the tea effects of the herbs are noticeable. The amount of tea you receive in one bag is extremely generous and can be used over and over throughout the day. Purchased all three from the website - the full and soft recovery, and the chaga. My favorite is the full recovery. I drink it every morning and it keeps me energetic throughout the entire workday. It must also contain fiber because my constipation is totally gone! Thanks Goodypaks!!
